We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Manager to run social accounts. You will work across a global client base with a diverse set of objectives and audiences, and help them to deliver content & digital experiences primarily across beauty and automotive currently. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, driven and outgoing individual with a passion for social media and marketing. Under the charge of some top industry talent, this is a role where you’ll learn, train and evolve on a daily basis.



The day-to-day responsibilities of the Community Manager will vary, however you will be working across a number of automotive, technology and lifestyle clients. They include:

  • Running the social accounts for various (global) clients, primarily automotive and beauty
  • Actively responding to and interacting with customers on all channels on a daily basis
  • Understanding and maintaining brands’ tone of voices at all times
  • Participating in creative social brainstorms to populate the monthly calendars for our clients
  • Scheduling monthly content calendars and assisting the managing editor/social lead in writing captions
  • Owning and running Mediablaze’s social media channels
  • Creating weekly ICYMI sector emails for clients
  • Actively sourcing influencers and maintaining our influencer database
  • Actively participating in wider creative brainstorms and pitches
  • Assisting the rest of the team when needed



  • A strong affinity for social media and marketing
  • A fast and keen learner
  • Strong communicator and writer
  • 1-2 years of marketing/social media experience
  • Previous experience working across popular social media platforms a plus
  • Previous experience in social media management / reporting tools a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • A desire to work in a close-knit, highly successful team with clear accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid and fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills.
  • Bags of energy, dedication, commercial acumen, entrepreneurial drive and creative flair

Work Environment & Annual Leave

Mediablaze is based at WeWork (Stamford Street, Waterloo, London) – providing a relaxed, flexible and entrepreneurial environment.  The working hours of the agency are 9.30am to 5.30pm (designed to soften the blow of the London commute). On occasion, we dig deep collectively to meet a deadline or close an exciting new opportunity, but we don’t make a habit of it – but with plenty of coffee, tea, snacks and beer available it’s easy to go that extra with a passionate team of like-minded individuals.

The role is given 25 days per annum of annual leave, including the closed office days between Christmas / New Year and excluding UK Public Holidays. This allowance runs to the calendar year and is pro rata’d for mid-term appointments. An additional day is granted for each completed year of service (up to a total cap of 28 days per annum).
