Timberland appoints Mediablaze as global content agency

Mediablaze will manage and produce its digital, social and print content.

Timberland’s Global Marketing team retains Mediablaze as lead content agency to manage and produce its digital, social and print content.

Having been appointed lead agency in 2014, 2016 will see the full activation of Mediablaze’s content strategy for Timberland’s Spring and Fall 2016 ranges in both North America and EMEA (6 territories).

The brief was to deliver a global content strategy which engages with Timberland’s consumers in all facets of their lives; on social media, in print, video and on the timberland.com retail site. The creative deliverables include editorial, social, photography, design. In addition to this, Mediablaze will be working closely with Timberland on strategic initiatives.

Heading up content production for Timberland will be Managing Editor, Valerie Denny. Valerie has extensive experience of fashion and lifestyle content production on both sides of the Atlantic and counts Forbes, Marie Claire, Refinery 29 and Glamour among the list of publications she’s contributed to, alongside a 2-year stint as Senior Web Editor at Redbook magazine. Her approach to her new job is simple enough, “We’re going to make a big splash, win some awards and make Timberland rockstars.”
